DISCOVERING DAILY DIRECTION
For many believers, seeking to know the will of God on a daily basis is a constant struggle.  We seem to be tom almost constantly from one direction to another. How can we come to the place in our Christian life where we are confident of constantly being in the will of God?
The truth is that we should be in such oneness with the Lord that we don't need to ask continually for guidance. It is possible to be so close to God that His will becomes our will in a very natural relationship.  When this is the case on the spiritual level, inner conflict is the warning of the Spirit of God. When He warns us in that way, we must stop at once and be renewed in the spirit of our mind to discern God's will.
Abraham's servant experienced the leadership of God all along in his journey. As a result, we are able to look at this entire story and see the presence of an amazing design. When we are one with Him by the Spirit of God, He will give us constant leadership and we will be frustrated by constantly asking Him to lead us here or there. As this servant committed himself to do the will of his master Abraham, we must be committed to do the will of God and He will lead us along the way.
It is easy to see God in the exceptional things, but it requires the growth of spiritual discipline to see God in every detail. Because you are His child, whatever comes into your life is not accidental or coincidental, but it is always His providential leadership.   Be ready to discover His divine designs anywhere and everywhere.
You may be saying, ''but I have made mistakes along the way and I am afraid I will make them again."  If you have dealt with your sin and disobedience that led you to go in the wrong direction, you can allow those mistakes to teach you and not defeat you. There is indeed great sadness for what might have been! God never again opens the doors that have been closed. He opens other doors, but He reminds us that there are doors that we have shut, doors that have no need to be shut. Never be afraid when God brings back your past. Let your memory have its way with you. It is a minister of God bringing its rebuke and sorrow to you.   God will turn what might have been into a wonderful lesson of growth for the future.
When you trust Him without reservation and experience an intimate relationship with Him on a daily basis, you can trust Him to guide your steps along the way. You may not know what the future holds but you can trust Him who holds the future.

PRAY FOR THE WORLD
In Asia there are more than 100 world-class cities of over one million inhabitants. Over one billion people live in Asia's cities. One of the great missionary challenges of the new century is to evangelize the cities of Asia. Pray for the small percentages of Christians sharing Christ in the cities of Asia.

A WORD FOR YOUR WORLD TODAY
''The difficulties to World Evangelism are legion. The difficulties give way to determined men. The price is high. God does not want partnership with us but ownership of us."
